According to the USCG every person regardless of age count as a passenger of the boat, therefore any child will be count as a person.

However, please be aware that some animals might get frightened and potentially damage the boat’s cushions. For the safety and comfort of all, we only permit small service dogs weighing under 20 lbs on board. Please ensure they are supervised and cared for during the trip.

Our Limits are pretty big considering other rental companies, we do forbid going to the Open Ocean as it’s dangerous for customers even with experience. The captain can navigate between Fort Lauderdale and Miami.

Everything is clearly outlined on our website prior to booking a tour. Gas, parking, insurance, floating mat  taxes and fees are already included in our prices.

The only separate charge is for the captain’s service, which is payable directly to him at the dock.

Please note that our boats are only available for rent with a captain onboard.

Weekends are the busiest days we have, therefore we suggest you reserve in advance as soon you plan to rent a boat in Fort Lauderdale. Anyways always check our live availability online or give us a call for any specific days.

While we don’t have a formal boat club or membership, we value our loyal customers.

Definitely, Miami and Fort Lauderdale offer a variety of places where you can throw the anchor and go in the water. The captain will know to bring in the best places.

As much as we love water and water sports our insurance policy is a little bit hard when it comes to Towing sports, in this case we won’t allow any kind of water sports.

Definitely we are up for any great experience and exceeding expectations, so you can decorate the boat however you like as long as the boat come back to the same original configuration once you come back with it.

Our boats are not designed for fishing activities. However, if you wish to engage in catch-and-release while the boat is anchored, you may do so. Please note that a valid fishing license is required, which can be obtained from retailers like Walmart, Bass Pro Shops, West Marine, and similar stores.

Since we are located inside the canal and the whole canal is a NO WAKE ZONE the trip to the bay could be around 20 to 25 minutes.

Navigate on the canal is very nice, you can chill while admiring the vegetation, the animals, the houses by the water, and the luxury yachts. 

No, because you have a captain with you. Our only requirement is to have a credit card on file, this will work as a security deposit. We never know !

If you would like to pay cash, please call to make your booking and provide a valid credit card.

We will charge you the deposit for the booking and you can show up with the rest in cash.

Please kindly note that our staff doesn’t carry change so we recommend you have the right amount in hand.

Yes, we recommend expressing your appreciation by tipping the captain a minimum of 20% for their service.

Please note that Baymingo boat rentals and tours does not collect gratuities on behalf of the captain.
